The staff's honesty was amazing, as Mr Ahmad called us about a lost item, promptly found by Mr Azim.
Breakfast became crowded quickly, making it difficult to find a table during peak times.

Location. Friendly staff. Especially friendly towards children
The price-performance ratio, however, corresponds to Israeli conditions

The hotel is clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast area gets very crowded, making it hard to find a table.

Aye, the location was on point, just a hop away from the Old City. The staff was super chill and helped me feel right at home. My room was clean, and the beds? Mad comfy. But breakfast got crazy crowded, man. Had trouble finding a spot some mornings. Still, can't complain too much.

The staff were friendly and the hotel had free parking (VERY important in Nazareth). The location was near the tourist spots.

Mary'S Well Nazareth By Dan Hotels provided an excellent experience during my business trip. The staff was helpful, with notable assistance from Mr Ahmad who contacted me regarding a lost wallet that Mr Azim had found. The rooms were well-kept and clean, and the food served exceeded my expectations, particularly the variety at breakfast.

Quite a nice standard of hotel room, even tho it seemed like we were the only ones booked in at the time ( 1 st day only)The staff are friendly and helpfull. The location was hard to find on the first night we arrived into Nazareth, but we found the hotel again by accident on our second day , returning to it, so maybe it was more of my own navigational skills that were being chalanged. All in all a pleasant stay.

The location is excellent--perhaps a 10-minute walk on mostly level ground to the Bascilica of the Annunciation and near food/other sites. My room (a basic one-person double bed room), which faced west, had great views overlooking the city and the aforementioned Basilica and had a very nice private balcony. The free parking garage was nice and easy to use (and had plenty of space, which is rare here). The receptionist was very helpful and provided me a great map of the city when I asked how to find various sites and admitted I didn't have a good city map. He also switched me from one room into another when he realized I preferred a double bed vice a twin.
The room wasn't completely clean (it wasn't gross, but it wasn't clean), which is always a turnoff (there were a couple hairs on the sheets/blanket and one nasty hair on my toilet rim). The balcony was nice, but the door didn't open wide enough to bring my chair out there, so I didn't spend more than a few minutes outside (sad because it had a great view). The breakfast here was easily the worst I've had in Israel (I've eaten at five similarly-priced hotels over the last six weeks...the milk was borderline sour, and the alleged eggs tasted like vomitus). The place is also exceedingly hard to find, although that is not the hotel's fault, as Nazareth does not have street signs in the downtown area (good luck navigating that, right?).

The staff's service was great. We even had a nice experience when Mr Ahmad called us after dinner about a lost item, thoughtfully found by Mr Azim.
In my wife's opinion, an activities area for kids would be great.

The room was quiet, as we had a room away from the street. The hall was newly carpeted which felt luxurious underfoot.
There are a lot of glossy materials about this hotel chain, but no useful info in the room about their particular hotel such as check in and out times, desk times, in house facilities, rental costs for extra facilities etc.

The hotel was central to all of the historical sites we wanted to see.
One of the front desk staff was not very helpful. We thought he was just rude.
